I founded my architecture company in 2014(?) to design residential renovations, additions, and new construction. Prior to that I was a project architect for 15 years with the office of Robert M. Gurney, FAIA.
Projects I helped design earned national design awards and were featured in national publications, such as __ and __. I am a registered architect licensed in Virginia, and I am a member of the American Institute of Architects.
My approach involves 5 design phases:
- Existing Conditions Survey (1–2 weeks)
- Schematic Design (2–6 weeks)
- Design Development (4–10 weeks)
- Construction Documentation (4–10 weeks)
- Construction Administration
